Salam & Chill is a purpose-driven fashion brand dedicated to promoting peace, solidarity, and social justice. A portion of our profits is donated to support humanitarian and social causes, particularly helping Palestinian children.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we deliver to most countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
What is the delivery timeframe?
The estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:
- United Kingdom (UK): 6 - 10 business days
- Europe, United States (USA), Canada, and Australia: 6 - 12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 - 30 business days
Note: These times do not include production time.

Shipping costs:
- Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia: 5€
- United Kingdom: 5€
- Rest of the World: 10€
Can I track my order?
Yes! Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link, which allows you to monitor the status of your shipment online via the courier's website. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, we are unable to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed.
Do Salam & Chill pieces need to be washed before wearing?
Since our pieces undergo color treatment, we recommend washing them before wearing them for the first time. Please refer to the washing instructions provided with each item.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We do not offer returns or exchanges if you/your customer ordered the wrong size or color or provided incorrect shipping details.
However, in cases of defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery (before the order status becomes "Complete"). We will require photos clearly showing the issue with the products for a replacement or refund.
We are working on implementing a return/exchange portal in the future for cases where the size doesn't fit or the item isn't to your liking.
